What's cooking?

What's been cooking today? Well, Granny Biscuits - an oaty biccie that I have my granny's type written recipe for, folded away safely in the front of a book.
Dinner was Veggie Bean Chilli, made in the intellichef, with leftovers - 3 portions to go in the freezer. Served with potato wedges instead of rice. Yum.
I also roasted squash, onion and garlic to make soup whilst the oven was on for the biscuits and wedges. Then I inadvertantly added waaaaay too much stock to it, so that's currently boiling away like mad reducing on the cooker in the hope that I might end up with velvet smooth soup. I might be asking a little bit much..
